White DOC - Tocai Friulano 70%, Ribolla giallo 30% Alc. 13%, Bottles produced 4.000
Golden straw color. The nose opens on floral notes, rosemary, spices and continues on fruity hints of apple and peach. At the sip it is velvety with a freshness perfectly balanced with the flavor. Long finish of pleasant persistence. Matures 22 months in used oak barrels then refines 5 months in the bottle.

Red DOC - Refosco Peduncolo rosso 50%, Schioppettino 50%, Alc. 13.5%, Bottles produced 7,000
Vibrant ruby color. The nose opens on cloves, juniper, balsamic notes and hints of red fruits, with a finish on cocoa and tobacco. Tannic but well integrated sip of balanced freshness. Long and spicy finish. It rests for 22 months in oak barriques.
