Our evaluation sheets are made up of synthetic introductions, which describe the aspects that most characterize the production cellar. Special attention is reserved to processing techniques in the vineyard and cellar.
Our team of expert tasters
(strictly anonymous to avoid conflicts of interest with producers), has the task of drawing up a very detailed individual report. From the relations, will be obtained the final synthesis which is expressed graphically as we see below:
