The production is certified organic and the fermentation of its wines is strictly spontaneous with indigenous yeasts. Low levels of sulfur dioxide and a caliber use of cement and wood for red wines make the difference on the quality that distinguishes them.
This company spends a lot of energy on the Bordeaux blend for its "Colli Euganei" wines and you can perceive it in the glass.

Cabernet Sauvignon 50% Merlot 50%, Red DOC, Alc. 14%, bottles produced 9,800
Impenetrable ruby. The nose opens with aromas of blackberry and blueberry juice followed by toasted hints, cocoa and pink pepper.
Fresh and enveloping on the palate with noble evolving tannins. On the finish persistent hints of fruit in alcohol.
Matures 12 months in barrique.
