The story of Perlage began in 1985, when the 7 Nardi brothers, their father Tiziano and their mother Afra, decided to start the adventure of organic agriculture and viticulture, starting from Riva Moretta, the historic vineyard in the heart of Prosecco Superiore. Docg. A choice that has led Perlage to be, today, one of the most renowned producers of organic wine in Veneto, as well as the only company producing organic Prosecco DOCG to be present within the Consortium for the Protection of Prosecco di Conegliano Valdobbiadene.
Perlage is undoubtedly known today also worldwide, as it is capable of combining tradition and innovation in its organic wines and since 2004, also in biodynamic wines.

The nose offers aromas of white peach, green apple and chopped aromatic herbs. On the palate hints of ripe Bartlett pear, lime, ginger and sage together with a spicy acidity and a bubbly mousse. A note of candied nectarine closes the persistent finish.

Pale straw yellow color with intense reflections. On the green nose, aromas of apple and peach, floral with hints of yellow rose and white harmonic wisteria, elderflower.
On the sip there is a balanced and pleasant freshness. Full-bodied but velvety with a long fruity persistence.
